Indian Wells Country Club Wedding

by carly on April 16, 2012

It’s been busy over here at CDP since Chriss and I got home from our week-long trip to Indian Wells to photograph a destination wedding, then Las Vegas for WPPI. I’ve been DYING to get a sneak peek of Julia & Robert’s wedding up, and here it is! It was so amazing to see all my Chapman University peeps, and more specifically my Delta Gamma sistas ;) The biggest treat though was being able to watch this beautiful couple unite in marriage after so many years of dating. Keep checking back because I’ll be posting much more from this fabulous wedding…
PS- Panther pride, woot woot!

It’s a Delta Gamma tradition to wear your badge on your wedding day. Julia’s maid of honor, Sarah, is seen here pinning Julia’s badge.

I’m always looking for little pockets of pretty lighting, and here’s one in front of the sliding glass door. Much of the time, the background is secondary to the lighting.

The cake topper was a replica of the bride and groom’s wedding shoes. Julia made the table numbers out of her engagement session photos. They brought a piece of poster board to the session and put the numbers on there before they had the images printed.

Roger’s Gardens in Corona del Mar created gorgeous wedding centerpieces and a bridal bouquet from an eclectic assortment of white and off white blooms.

The world famous Bob Gail Special Events team provided reception entertainment as well as coordinating and event design services. Here is Julia’s dad giving a speech on their awesome stage.

Seal Beach Wedding Photography – Orange County Country Club Wedding

January 4, 2012 Country Club

Jeff and Jamie tied the knot this summer at the Navy Golf Course in Seal Beach. I loved the “roofless” chapel that they do the ceremonies at. I did a lot of great country club weddings this year. Hope you like this one too.

Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club – South Orange County Wedding

December 4, 2011 Country Club

Happy Sunday! Kate and Chris had their wedding at the beautiful Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club. We had some unusual monsoonal weather in Southern California on their wedding day, which resulted in a cool looking blue, cloudy sky & spectacular sunset. Tricia, from Designs by Tricia, created awesome floral arrangements. I loved how [...]

Did you ever notice how something you’ve been hoping and praying for seems to finally happen when you least expect it?  Maybe it’s scoring an interview for your dream job, long after you’ve given up on pursuing it.  Maybe you had a certain vision for what your life would look like, and circumstances beyond your [...]

Leslie and Gaston exchanged vows at Dove Canyon Country Club this past weekend in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony.  Wedding and event planner Saadia Kibriya not only had Leslie ready for photos AHEAD of schedule (which is unheard of), but also created the amazing floral arrangements.  If it’s pink and involves jewels/crystals/pretty much anything sparkly, I [...]

Jenna and Mark’s wedding at Bella Collina Towne and Golf Club was SO MUCH FUN!  I’ve been really lucky this summer with fun, laid back brides and beautiful wedding venues.  Jenna is my kind of bride in every way…didn’t think twice when I asked her to lay down in the grass (on the petticoat, not the [...]
